Part-Time Bookkeeper
Job Description:    Currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper. Principal funtion is to develop,                   
                                  implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures. Assist the 
                                  Corporate Office in compliling timely and accurate finicial reports, reconciliation 
                                  and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
                                   -must be able to manage and maintain bank deposits and reconcilations
                                  -must be self-motivated and have a high level of analytical ability and confidentially
                                  - must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Income 
                                     Auditing

Job Requirements: Must have superior knowledge in all areas of Accounts Payable/Receivables, 
                                    General Ledger/ Deposit Reconcilation
                                    Ability to meet deadlines
                                    Expierence in similar capacity and hotel accounting preferred
                                    Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and organizations skills

Part Time Night Auditor
Position Summary:
Accurately maintain records of all hotel sales transactions and to assist the Front Desk while providing service to guests during the evening and overnight hours.

Perform the following duties related to the night audit:
    A. Insure that audits are completed free of mathematical or procedural errors.
    B. Insure that audits completed reflect the following:
        1 - Audit entries are correct and legible with tapes attached.
        2 - Reports, tapes, receipts and supporting paperwork organized for simple review of work.
    C. Insure that guest transactions will satisfy performance standards for front desk agents.
    D. Follow all sequence of service guidelines according to the manual and job description.
    E. Insure that audit reports, daily receipts, tapes, supporting documentation are chronologically filed.
    F. Insure that proper procedures for dealing with guest illness or injury, system failures, fire alarms,     robbery, security incidents and other emergencies are described accurately and/or followed if they occur.
    G. Anticipate late night check-ins and check-outs and do not allow lack of immediate access to     automated systems to inconvenience guests.
